I find quotes inspiring and thought provoking so I have always recorded some in my appointment book where I have a “notes” section and can refer to them at will.

Perhaps a task for each of us would be to consider coming up with our own life quote to be passed on when we are gone for which we can be remembered in a positive or humorous way.

Of late my husband and I have enjoyed the medicine of laughter reading quotes by Mark Twain. His wisdom is sharp and his wit hilarious!

And who doesn’t benefit from a good laugh to counter the state of the world around us where it’s easier to focus on the concerns of society than finding something positive and funny as a balance?
